This is a photo of the Spritz that I made. Here&#8217;s the recipe I use:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spritz Cookies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cup soft butter<br \/>\n2\/3 cup sugar<br \/>\n3 egg yolks<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla<br \/>\n2 1\/2 cups flour<\/p>\n<p>Heat oven to 400. Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla thoroughly. Work in flour. Force through cookie press onto ungreased baking sheet in desired shapes. (If you want the cookies red or green, divide and add food coloring, but will probably require extra flour. If dough is too sticky, mix in a little extra flour.) Bake 7 to 10 minutes until set but not brown. Makes about 6 dozen.<\/p>\n<p>What are your favorite cookies?
