Refer the this link for all of the information: <a href=\"https:\/\/webkinznewz.ganzworld.com\/announcements\/special-report-with-steve-webkinz-18\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WKN ACCOUNT ARCHIVING &amp; RECOVERY POLICY UPDATE<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here is some key information about the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>ACCOUNT ARCHIVING &amp; RECOVERY POLICY UPDATE STARTING APRIL 2nd, 2019<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>From WKN: we will be making the following changes to our User Agreement\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s account retention policy:<\/p>\n<p>1. <span style=\"color: #333333;\">All inactive FREE accounts will be deleted from our archives. <\/span>Any paid account (that has ever registered a Webkinz pet Adoption Code, purchased Deluxe Membership, or purchased eStore Points) that is <strong>currently<\/strong> in our archive will still remain in our archives for up to 7 years from that player\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s last log in.<\/p>\n<p>2. Automatically retrieving inactive accounts from our archives (even if you remember your user name and password) will no longer be possible. To restore an inactive account, you will need to submit your request to our Customer Support team via email at: webkinzsupport@ganz.com, providing the information listed above.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00c2\u00a0Going forward we will <strong>no longer be<\/strong> <strong>archiving accounts<\/strong>. Your account will either be considered active, allowing you to directly log in, or it will be deleted. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Free<\/strong> Accounts will be deleted after <strong>6 months of inactivity<\/strong>.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Paid accounts will be deleted after <strong>24 months of inactivity<\/strong>.<\/span> So to keep your account, you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll need to log in at least once every two years \u00e2\u20ac\u201c which considering how many fun events we do, shouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t be difficult.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There is a Special Report &#8211; With Steve Webkinz on WKN that contains all of the details &amp; reasoning behind the new Webkinz Account Policy.
