The Webkinz Day Countdown is ON – With another balloon appearing and only one day left we expect to see fireworks tomorrow!

                           

Webkinz World was down for updates this morning, and we have some new information.

The W-Shop has a few pieces available from the new  City Styling theme.  Here is what the theme preview shows:

Released today are the Bed, lamp, floor, walls, paintings, shaggy white rug, trunk, & dresser for a total cost of 3885 kc.

There is going to be a new Shimmer Snake coming to the estore.  At this point, we can only show the psi Shimmering Star Lamp, the psf Twinkling Tirmasu , and its gift box.

                       

 

The Wheel of Wow items have been changed again as well with pieces from the Sweets N Treats theme.

The Racing Helmet was the monthly gift for Deluxe Members for April, and apparently Ganz is following that theme with the racing jacket for May’s Deluxe Member gift.

There is a lot of estore news today, so I am posting this as informational, then we can use it for commenting after the contest!

First, due to an early estore glitch.  Ganz revealed upcoming estore items, and we think we caught a glimpse of the “Something Green” that they have been using as a teaser!  Isn’t this Emerald Lab a cutie!?  Also pictured are the Flying Carpet and Griffin House Tapestry.  Will the Griffin House be a new rare theme???

The Ganz estore is also offering the Stone Elephant Statue Replica today only (only one may be purchased per estore account & this will only be offered one day each year).  They have also featured the new Magic Bean Seeds that Gymbo previewed for us previously.  We are also seeing the Royal Whimsy Dragon Figure for the first time in the estore.  As expected, it comes with the Whimsical Dragon Dress (pictured below).

The new Eager Beaver Adventure game has three rewards for reaching different milestones.  If you complete level 6 you get a badge, You Must Be This Tall.

There is a second badge, Skillfully Built, that WI reported you get if you spell a word worth at least 1000 points but I had a word worth that much and I didn’t get the badge.  I got a badge with a word worth 1135 points.  So I think the badge is awarded at 1100.

The game has 15 levels if you complete all of them you get a trophy.

Razzle was so excited about her new trophy her hat flew up.

At first you can get away with 3 letter words but then they will cause the red letters. You must get rid of the red letters before they reach the bottom or you lose.  Later even four letter words can cause red letters to show up.  In higher levels you have to use at least a four letter word to get rid of the red letters.  Sticking to five letter words will prevent the red letters.  When you shuffle that causes red letters as well.  The last time I shuffled in the game around level 12 I got three red letters besides the one I already had.  It took me about 4 hours to complete the game but a person with better boggle skills could do it a lot faster.  There isn’t a time limit to imput a word.  Good luck everyone.  Thanks to JrsDad for the screen shot of the You Must Be This Tall badge. I forgot to take a picture of that one.  Update: Krafty finished and won the trophy in 40 minutes.  Good Job Krafty.

Update:  Webkinz Newz has announced the new pets for June.

After seeing the tree for the month of April, the Fairy Forest Tree, we all might want to collect the following months Caring Valley pets!  You receive this tree after you finish planting the four seedlings you are given to plant in the Caring Valley, and  you only have ONE chance at making this particular tree how you want it to look.  There are three different tree tops, tree trunks, and bases (ground areas) to choose from and you can mix match them however you want to create your finished tree.  Here is Alisha’s Fairy Forest Tree:
