gina – yeah, you got a good one! i laughed when i saw your name and gymbo’s name because i couldn’t see the prizes when i was tying the comment # to the names, the prizes were over on the side that the blog was covering, so i was wondering what you won

i ran into an interesting person in KC+ today. They said that they owned Ganz. They sad that if I didnt trade my Blue Lava for their Pink Pony PSF they would have my account closed forever. I exited the trade after that because I dont have the patience to deal with scammers. So I went to trade with someone else and after I was dont trading with them i saw the same person that claimed that they own Ganz saying some very inappropriate things to a porcupine.

I stopped talking with a person on MSN as they had some vulgar reference to God that I found offensive.. but that was my choice, he was not about to remove it… but your message is not insulting or crude, etc…
I am kind of tired of those who are not religious dictating how I cam practice my faith and putting limits on it as they don’t worship or believe as I do, no they do not have to but I think they should show me the same respect for having my beliefs as I am required to show them for not having the beliefs

Krafty, funny you should say that, me and my mom were just discussing that today. We are going to be more like “This is me, take it or leave it”. I’m just gonna say my feelings and so what if it makes whoever mad, I got my piont out. I’m tired of everyone else coming first, its gonna be ME FIRST. I’m NOT going to hide myself because I want THEM to be comfotable. ME FIRST! lol. Might sound selfish to some. we use my hubby’s computer as a TV (TV tuner card) as he is away and use my laptop for the net and such but it is glitching from a Vista glitch, lol and I haven’t found a fix yet only that it is a common problem with Vista, this summer we have gotten used to using both computers on the net for WW in the evenings and are not so happy needing to take turns, lol it is making one of us crabby… hehe

Is your hubby in the military?
Mine works one week on and one week off. His week on is 84 hours..so when you add sleep, travel time, getting ready, etc…we sometimes won’t see him at all..especially if he gets ready when we’re not home
I have gotten pretty used to it and enjoy my time with the kids….we do all the things daddy won’t let them do LOL

my hubby is in Holland right now, he was in the army there when he was young.. he is away now due to the bad deeds of the “dad” of my youngest, filling a false report to homeland security and even though they too found it false one hot shot with a badge decided that because he had the power to send my hubby back to Holland he would, we had already started the immigrant paperwork too so there was no need to send him back.. the guy that broke the law should have been punished and still has not… grrr
my hubby is the one that lets the girls do things I wouldn’t (though nothing big, like push the shopping cart – I don’t like to get rear-ended so I don’t let them, lol things like that)

he was sent back, back in Sept of 07… and that devastated the girls especially on top of the other things that guy has caused to happen… each day is pretty painful so we just try to get through each day and on to the next.. one of the reasons we have embraced WW and this great blog.. it is something we can do together and is a bit of an escape too

yes the 4 of us, at the time, had to come to my mom and oldest sister’s place when that guy… there was an attempted kidnapping of my youngest and we filed a police report. HE locked us out of our home… I wanted to move closer anyway to help with my mom but not quite like this, lol
last fall my mom had a major anxiety attack and went to the ER and got lousy treatment and meds thy should not have given her… in and out of the nursing home for recovery.. and finally back home… at first she was working at PT but.. quit when the home worker didn’t come anymore… long story shorter, lol, she will not try walking again and during the day I adjust her meds based on how she is feeling, one day she fell in the bathroom and it took a bit of work to get her up and into her wheel chair,
we are not sure when we can get my hubby back here, it is very expensive and with the legal battles over my youngest that takes a lot of money and I am on my 3rd lawyer who still doesn’t do as he is asked… to the system it is a game to dance around and no where is what is really best for the child considered.. it is all about making the genetic donor happy regardless.. the justice system has no justice for kids or victims..

I agree. Some of the new things should be exclusives, POTM or rares. Maybe we should start a petition to Ganz. You know, if they wanted to make things harder to get, they could put a special place in the Wshop like they do for Curio Shop for Deluxe Members, and put newer items there for a period of time, then put it out in the general store after a week or whatever. Just a thought.

I am going to write to Ganz and suggest they include a code for “eStore” points with each plush. Just a few points with each so that everyone is tempted to buy more (they’ll like that), but enough that if you buy several plush, you will collect enough points to get something from the eStore.
I think that would increase their business and make the plush buyers a little happier.

Hard to do certain parties with December kids, too cold for a swimming party even in AZ and so close to Christmas too and in Ohio outdoor stuff in December is limited too, snow and well bad weather, which would you choose kids?? lol

sorry if you are upset by the comment, Leela, try to think of it from the point of a mom though… my kids are just under 3 years apart and that has good and bad points to it.. my oldest sister and I are 9-1/2 years apart so that difference kept us from being closer while young though we have made up for it now
at FFQ’s old school one of the moms had 8 kids all under 12 years of age.. my first comment to her was, “you do know how that happens now, don’t you?” 8 kids to put through college? that just boggles my mind… I said it in a nice tone of voice but.. WOW eight kids.. feeding, clothing, housing.. educating 8 kids..

snow can be pretty and sometimes fun to play in but I would prefer to not, too sensitive to the cold, makes all the old injuries ache 🙁 I prefer sun and 110F beside the pool in AZ any time!
