it was delivered to the wrong place so i had to call them to find out where it was, they said they at the box at their head quarters and i said don’t move, i’m driving there to get my baby lol, i just got it all figured out and already did some ichat with face to face time with my bff who lives in indiana!

Happy (almost) Friday everyone! Can you believe it is Oct 29th already??
RF – so glad to hear your home and family are safe from such bad storms. Read Psalm 91 and then pray it as a prayer of protection over your hiome and family. We have been kept safe and thank God also fro His protection.
What a busy weekend it will be. We are trying to go to two activites (Fall festivals at churches) on Saturday and another one on Sunday evening. We will squeez in Bible study, soccer game and church. I hope we (.. I mean JR) gets lots of chocolate!
RF – ilovecopper can come to the party at 4, but no later.
We already voted. π

Miss you my friends. Prayers being said for momskinz move, Kinzgram’s dh, Gwenda’s sis, tobybunny’s health, and family’s that need a touch of Love from above.

My dad just got a new phone (the same one i have but in a different color) because his dinosaur phone broke. He got the internet disconnected on my phone and put it on his π not fair. Now i have to convince my mom to have it put back on mine but she thinks its not safe because people can steal your information from it but that can happen with computers too and she lets me have internet on my computer. It’s not like i’m gonna be putting a bunch of personal info on the internet on my phone but she never listens when you try to explain something to her.

it’s almost time to pass out candy here, trick or treat starts for our neighborhood at 6pm, gotta get dinner and go get ready for the kiddos, i was supposed to go trick or treating with my niece (one of my best friends daughters) over at her grandma’s house but i haven’t heard from here so i just decided to stay home, i don’t like to drive on trick or treat night here, i’m in the semi country and it gets packed and kind of crazy around here

our trick or treat is Sunday… 6-8pm, where we used to live it was the Sunday closest to ToT but usually before the actual day.. this year same day… but earlier 5-7pm///
The mall down south here had a party of sorts for kids and they could come to the mall to ToT. I wish we had known about that, the girls could have dressed up and participated

OH MY we don’t have a “time” it’s halloween & if your outside light is on, it GAME ON BABY!! people come by the truck load LITERALLY to our neighborhood to trick or treat. and yet we don’t trick or treat in our neighborhood but go to my hubbies where he grew up. π
go figure. but dd (swampdriver the oldest) wants to stay here this year & hand out candy & scare everyone! HA HA she is so my kid!!!! π³

back to pediatrician today and now we have antibiotics in addition to our other meds! She may or may not go to school tomorrow. Stinks with the globetrotters tomorrow nite, a party saturday nite and the ONLY day to trick or treat on Sunday. You trick or treat on Halloween even if it is a tuesday!
Our county set the hours tho, 4-7. We do not turn on our light as we are out at the fancy subdivision (with all the other country folk) getting that good candy.

When we first moved to Alaska, dd had on winter coat, snow pants, hat, gloves boots and dh carried her over all the mounds of piled snow to trick or treat. It is funny now but not so much then. Then we learned they open up indoor areas and set up booths for the kids to hit so they are not out in the cold. What terrible parents. LOL
needless to say you could not see her costume.

rf- i barely had enough hands for the candy, we set out at the end of the drive way and my neighbor stuck me with his candy while him and his wife trick or treated with their grandkids lol one little boy i didn’t know hugged me lol, his mom told him to say thank you and he ran and gave me a big hug, i love kids! which is funny actually bc when i was a teenager they so weren’t my thing

dee – honey, i’m old . . . well, besides being “29 forever” . . . when I was little we had Saturday morning cartoons on the network stations (we only had 3 of those plus the local uhf stations LOL) – schoolhouse rock, looney tunes, smurfs were great when they came along, and i was a HUGE fan of Romper Room!

moms – i’m on the computer i just got yesterday evening so it shouldn’t be that, it happened as soon as i got on it, everything else in wkw is working faster but i can’t open mail, hope it’s not safari, i might have to research that

i was fixing to go to bed. BUT CB YES it is safari!!! π‘ ganz is having a problem with it. it was fine till about 2 months ago i guess? then it was all glitchy. π i called them & so far nothing has changed. i had to download firefox. i LOVE it though! i do wish i could do my safari though. π

thanks cwc, i was thinking that would probably be the answer i’d get, i was hoping it wouldn’t be though, i really didn’t want to download another browser already but i guess i will if i have to, *sigh*, maybe i should open my mail on my other laptop? is that completely unreasonable? lol
grey’s anatomy was weird tonight, i still liked it but i missed the narrating and back and forth banter of the normal episodes, i also just watched the shrek halloween special, it was cute but kind of boring
