Just thinking of another way to keep it all, plus then you could vacuum pack it

and then if it was all cubed and dehydrated, come winter you could just throw it all in a pot and have soup!

You could predo combo packs of certain mixed veggies (one for stiry fry, one for soup, one for just sides)

i made cinnamon rolls – not dee’s way – erma bombeck’s way 😛
When it comes to cooking, five years ago I felt guilty “just adding water.” Now I want to bang the tube against the countertop and have a five-course meal pop out. If it comes with plastic silverware and a plate that self-destructs, all the better.
