October Webkinz Preview
Here are the Webkinz set for release in October 2011. It is a cute bunch! We are looking forward to the Sneak Peek of their PSIs & PSFs.
Shown here are the Glitzy Dragon, Papillon Dog, Billy Goat, & Signature Pot Bellied Pig.
 
Update According to WebkinzInsider:Â A few days ago Ganz officially announced that the Webkinz pets for October 2011 would be the Webkinz Billy Goat, Webkinz Glitzy Dragon, Webkinz Papillon Dog, and Signature Pot Bellied Pig. Today they announced that there has been a minor change to the collection. The Billy Goat and Papillon Dog will NOT be coming out in October 2011. Instead, Ganz is releasing a Webkinz Pink Punch Cheeky Dog and a Webkinz Springbok.

Oh, and yep! I plan on getting 2 or 3 goats. Looking at either the Nubian, Saanan or Alpine. I want them for milk so we can of course have milk to drink, make cheese, butter…. and soap!

we had goats on a farm when i was little – the Nubians were so so sweet
we lived in a subdivision, but my parents had a little farm just outside of our neighborhood with Black Angus cattle & the goats, some geese & ducks . . .

hemp is not what you think it is moms…it is used in ropes, weavings etc…the oil has supposed therapeutic qualities (like aromatherapy type stuff)
altho, the hemp you are thinking of does all of the above too….at least that is what i heard…

Is Kinzheads getting all the bobbleheads I’m sending? I think I sent three each of Nibbles, Sparky, and Cowabelle so far. Bobbleheads seem to be the most common digging prize, because I’ve been ending up with more bobbleheads then any other prize when I finish a quest. I only have two Molly bobbleheads so I can’t send those yet. (I need one for me and one for my kid, then Kinzheads can have the rest!)
Alisha, when you get the goats, please send me the milk, it is yummy!

Hey, did anybody feel that Virginia earthquake yesterday? I did! It didn’t last too long where I am, but the bookshelves shook a little and the hanging lamps over the computer area were swinging back and forth. It freaked me out a little. I never felt an earthquake before! According to the news, the earthquake was felt all the way up to Canada and all the way down to Georgia.

I was actually on that site last night. How can Virginia have an earthquake though? The whole of North America is one big continental plate. I thought earthquakes were caused when continental plates rub together? At least, that’s why California gets so many earthquakes.

I don’t want to go to school so badly!!! My nails and hair look awful. I got a hair cut and the way my hair flips out on one side looks horrible. =/
I wanted the woman to change it, but apparently my hair wants to do its own thing and I hate it!!! I guess tomorrow I am just going to wear it in a ponytail. I have a curling iron and a flat iron and none of them do a THING.

I’ve been outside the house more than inside today, which was nice. I only got 2 eggs from my chickens today, would have had 3 if the first one hadn’t been soft shelled.
I picked them up some oyster shell today to see if that will help. Fingers crossed!

Well, I’ve been making screen captures at each step, so that wouldn’t be that hard to do. I’d show you the captures but I don’t know how to add photos here. I guess a list would be easier though since there are about 50 captures for each quest. 😀

Just keep a piece of scratch paper on your desk moms and cross out the old amount of credits each time your credits change for each account. That is the only way I can keep track of which account has which credits with 8 accounts.
Half the time I can’t get spree to load, so I have to log out and log in several times for each account every day. It is such a giant pain. 😡

My mom wont let me got to a concert for one of my favorite bands just because she doesnt like the city that its in. Thats like the only big city that within a reasonable distance so thats the only city near here that people have concerts in. Its not fair.

I hadn’t thought of it at the time, but my dd2 works in our beach town. After the shake/sway and determination it was caused by an earthquake, one of the agents jumped in his car and sped off heading inland fearing a tsunami. Scarey thought, as even tho’ we’re inland, we would still be within tsunami range. 😥

Well…. my ISA Brown girl went back to her original home today because she was consistently laying soft shell eggs. Come to find out, her sister used to lay shell less eggs and suddenly died one day. I’m wondering if this is something that could be going on with Rosey. Bummer. I really liked her!
The good news though is that the woman that I bought her from, brought me two young Buff Rock hens that are absolutely GORGEOUS!

Hopefully the lady I got her from can get her back on track. I just don’t have a quarantine pen to keep her in to make sure she gets enough calcium. Had I had one, I would have gladly kept her. Time to sick DH on that project. 😆
So glad that Millie is better! I was sooo worried about her! Anytime our girls swallow something they shouldn’t, I panic until I ‘see it again’… 😆

Looks like we need to update this post:
A few days ago Ganz officially announced that the Webkinz pets for October 2011 would be the Webkinz Billy Goat, Webkinz Glitzy Dragon, Webkinz Papillon Dog, and Signature Pot Bellied Pig. Today they announced that there has been a minor change to the collection. The Billy Goat and Papillon Dog will NOT be coming out in October 2011. Instead, Ganz is releasing a Webkinz Pink Punch Cheeky Dog and a Webkinz Springbok.

the adventure land or park or whatever prizes do not show up right away, you have to log out and in again
but, the game plays on my fahty desktop
altho, the next quest is difficult for me…candyland….the one where you throw the taco up…I am not good at that one…I do better on the second one

so far so good here and YES love the generator..I have medical equipment to run so we need it here! but we rarely lose power for more then an hour here..I am really not looking forward to this storm..my basement really floods and I have lost both washer and dryer twice and bought some really nice ones this time lol so I unplugged them last time we got flooded and dried them out with fans for 4-5 days before plugging them back in and they made it..lol so now everything is unplugged and I splurged on a very expensive third pump (over $500.00) and it is ready to go at all times now LOL after losing so much more then once I figured it was cheaper to buy a huge pump…..funny thing is..since we bought it , the basement hasn’t flooded!!!! lol go figure! but as bad as this storm looks..I KNOW were going to get water..so everything is in those plastic bags you take the air out of..lol or in plastic containers..and all off the floor and no lower then boob height!
So I am prepared..just need to get a few cans of gas in the morning and we are all set! but honestly??now that I am prepared..it will probably not be needed! lol such is life..hope everyone else in its path will be ok..HUGS to everyone!…

sorry I missed you, had some chores to do and now back to the computer for a bit, waiting to see if Ezmerelda will go back to sleep or … need feeding, etc…
Only my youngest was able to get the entire Wacky outfit, I think she has the whole thing… FFQ has a couple pieces.. I have shoes and maybe a shirt..
Will need to trade to get outfits for KG’s accounts
