I was updating Google Search on my tablet and I read some of the permissions for this update and it is beyond completely invasive and borders on stalker.. once installed the app is allowed to record audio and video when it wants to without asking your permission and the list goes on.
This is like the Instagram mess.
Google has totally gone to the dark side with this.
I can’t take it completely off my tablet (and phone) as they are android but I uninstalled the update and won’t allow another one.

Instagram had changed their terms to allow them to take and use pics and vids and sell them to … anyone.. for profit etc.
I believe they changed it to NOT be that way as MANY people were raging over it, a lot of celebs were going to quit using it etc.
Google is going big brother like this.. I took it off my phone. This is too much! I don’t use google directly to search anyway.

about google…a page came up yesterday, no clue what it was about because all I saw was an F bomb in big letters. Totally freaked, X’d it out and X’d out the google browser I was using; switched to IE.
ro, I get lots of ads for shoes! lol
it was 17 degrees when I got up; snow on the grass and shrubs, not roads. it’s 20 degrees now. not sure about wind ’cause I’m not going out to check. *shiver*

I had thought/hoped at one point that the Google TOS were some very bad joke, so far no new info on anything. I sent info to Samsung about it. If things don’t change I will yank other companies to try and get some with clout to yank on Google.

I am doing laundry, and cleaning around the house, the guys are cooking tonight..oh boy..it smells good..but um…collard greens? ok you all probably like them..I don’t. but they are “trying” to make them..and a pork roast..I’m thinking I might sneak something when they aren’t looking and then tell them I’m not hungry LOL with the way my tummy has been, I sure don’t want more trouble! but it DOES smell good.
it is COLD here..and something on me that was previously hanging low is perky! yup that cold. brrrrrrrrrrrr..I am so NOT going out side at all today..nope no way no how.

yes you can ask the hosts. if they respond they do it immediately. if they don’t you’ll get 2 responses the next time you ask them, great for building snowmen.
yes you can do the snowball collection more than once. gramma, you may have to call them if you didn’t get your sapling. several on wi reported having to call to get them in the docks (if they’re there, they should be at the end of your gifts section)
