October’s Deluxe Monthly Challenge starts tomorrow (October 1st). Players who complete all 3 tasks will win a Melting Chocolate Couch, Happy Halloween Banner and a Melting Chocolate Table!

The lil ranforest frog I am wanting is estore only and was a promo pet. It is sooo cute I can’t believe I didn’t get one .. maybe though I did but it was when there were no emails sent out and I goofed and didn’t copy/paste send in an email to myself … ugh …

I finished all the acorns this morning before we left, I knew the rest of the day would be busy … WITH OUR DOG!!
He is sitting under my computer table right now. Ezzy is not very happy about Dundee, lol, she is on the bed peeking over the edge at him … tail all poofy .. Dundee is seriously laid back especially for an Aussie Shepard … he has an infection though and has meds and got him flea treated too… stopped at the vet on the way home ..

allergic – it’s so atypical of the flu shot that it almost must be an allergy to the preservatives in the vaccine – if i get it next year, i will have to go with the nasal mist (no preservatives) under very close medical supervision

Moms I do NOT ever get a flu shot ever. I take vitamin c with rose hips & extra if I feel anything coming on. I get sick way less than the people I work with who get the shots. Your basically putting unessacary poison in your body. After this reaction you might not want to risk anything next time. The second reactions are almost always worse than the first.

the only thing is…….my current kitchen islad AKA microwave cart
has doors and I keep all my flours and sugars and stuff in there….this has no doors, but the opening would face the sink……….

dee – the color would be fabulous with the counters – it has that vibe that works great with your finishes – it is a great piece
in this house i have a couple of open shelves – you can always switch out stuff in a cabinet with your flour, etc. if you don’t like how it looks once you get it in your kitchen … that is a super cool piece – and if it faces the sink, it probably won’t matter

Hey Momsk,
Dundee looks at the kitties some times but he doesn’t go after them, if I say no he stops and turns around. He hasn’t looked at or noticed the hamsters. When outside if there is a kitty in his path he will stop and if the kitty wants they touch noses… he is good at getting pettings from everyone including BOB, lol He got up on the sofa with Bob and they bonded 😉
I am thinking about getting him certified as a therapy dog. He can not get enough love and sits quietly on a lap on stands gently against a leg.

Ezzy is still not loving Dundee but she isn’t as freaked out by him being in our room. He is sooo mellow and quiet I’m hoping it will just be time for Ezzy to get used to Dundee. He is not like the 2 other dogs she has interacted with here.
One was the dog I dog-sat for a friend and she ended up being rather aggressive with a kitten I was bottle feeding, so when the opportunity came to keep her I passed … don’t need a dog that want to eat or rough up the kitties. The other is BOB’s sister’s dog who likes to chase and bark at the kitties. That completely freaks Ezzy out and she is frightened for days, even after they have gone home.
