There are two rares during the 8pm KT hour … Apollo Fountain and the other white birdbath looking one with the pig … sorry, I don’t recall the name .. I bought one 3 minutes ago . too long ago for my fishing net brain … O_O

I got their beans and greens plate as I was fixin to get on the plane.
it was very good, came with cornbread (mine is better)……but kind of trippy as we have them all over down here in the south and up there….not so much

my main thing is that I got a 100 on the translation portion of the exam….and I was first one done, so I got to hit the colleges panda express for my peeps before I came home!
they close at 8 and class does not usually get out til 815…..we was happy eaters that nite and next day!

making egg salad this morning for a staff appreciation luncheon at one of the schools and trying to finalize my grocery list for halloween party …
we are smoking pork for a bunch of pulled pork bbq … slaw, chips, cupcakes – maybe pasta salad? what would go well with that to give peeps a non-pork option but for an outside casual party with lots of kids???
