I have had company all week and haven’t been on the computer for a few days.

    I just love those bunnies.

I haven’t been on the computer much either, need to read up still.

Neighbors behind us have an outdoor only dog, we think it may have fleas and may have “shared” because we have found a few on my Fur-Baby and Grand-Kitty. We have NEVER had a flea issue before. We had our yard treated and carpet/furniture treated. Washed all the bedding in HOT water. I have flea combed Fur-Baby and given her Sentinel. I only found a few fleas but one is too many for me. Also treated Grand-Kitty with Advantage. Hoping this eliminated them but not sure what to do if it doesn’t. I told DH we will have to continue to have our yard treated because unless neighbor’s take care of their yard they will probably keep coming back. ugghh

and tropical troubles stinks! or stings!

I can never get passed that one bee that follows you around

passing along a few tips for tropical troubles that were posted elsewhere:

if you hold the down arrow, your monkey falls through the branch it’s on. no need to jump off an edge to go to a lower branch

slow down! the small bees just randomly travel, they don’t chase. so you can sit and wait for them to pass or jump them

try dropping coconuts and pineapple on ants and small bees

the big bee does chase you. i have found sometimes it is better to sacrifice a life to kill it. even if you have all 3 lives it will stick to you and kill you over and over

New monthly meal: chicken salad sandwich (ends January 31). It fills 40 points of your pet’s hunger meter:

stagemom, sorry to hear about the fleas. i think you may need to get something like a flea powder that will kill the fleas just coming out of eggs (which can be dormant for a while) just to make sure you got everything. not sure what’s pet safe tho so either call your vet or ask at the pet store.

I finally finished both challenges on my main, haven’t decided about others

I didn’t know about the down arrow though! That will be handy instead of dodging to get to the end of the branch
