Hi Everyone,
I have had a terrible cold, bronchitis, since around St. Patrick’s Day, finally got the antibiotic from the doctor last week. I think I might be finally getting better. I have never had anything like this when you just keep coughing and coughing all the time and nothing helps.

I have my lovely yummy cannellini bean hummus type thing
some vegan cinnamon rolls (aka Kroger jumbo rolls!)
and this veggie/pasta thing with Italian dressing. (which if you add white beans or cannellinis, makes protein)
dd should be home sometime around 8 tomorrow am……….

just sampled some of my bean dip…..my ohh my
I can cannellini beans
4-6 tbs olive oil
four cloves garlic
salt
pepper
food process til smooth……add olive oil a splash at a time if still chunky
we eat it with crusty bread or pita chips

I do not eat it……….dh does, but he does spicy cocktail sauce and eats them like potato chips
