but maybe her best friend lived in your house moms?
or she wanted to buy it?
but we have a neighbor like that. never waves……always yelling at her kids or dogs (that run loose)

Was wondering… do you see the lizards often ? How big are they ? I know when I used to visit Florida they had geckos running all over the place ! I did not like them either My biggest fear remains Mickey and friends !
moms.. did the neighborhood have the get together as a meet and greet for you and your family ? I think I may have figured out rbf ! Made me laugh… Wonder if any of them are into Webkinz !
Sheba.. I love the new challenge prizes too ! I also love how easy this challenge has been and I am beginning to like Booger gets an A !
Usual Saturday … I was able to get to the grocery store yesterday and I am so happy not to have to visit that plaza today… Always so crazy on the weekends ! Scheduled to get booster and Shingles vaccine this week… cat sitting for my sister for the next week.. New kitten… looks like an exotic cat but my sister says she is not… Only has half a tail… Not sure if congenital or traumatic… vet was not able to answer that question either.

i figured out what rbf is!!!
and the lizards are everywhere in the summer
little ones and bigger (maybe 5 inches long)
they eat skeeters and aphids and stuff………we made a deal a few years ago, that i would not kill them if they do not scurry out and scare me!!
working okay so far…………the kitten goes nuts when they get on outside windowsill…………..funny
off to a barn sale (?????) and a flea market

Moms – Sounds like a nice evening and how wonderful that you have nice neighbors (with maybe one exception).
Gaga – Glad you are getting your booster & shingles vaccine. My dh did that a week or two ago. Your sister’s new cat sounds lovely! I wonder too about the half tail.
I keep hearing about more and more Covid cases and not all of them are mild. 🙁 So much suffering.
I don’t see many lizards here, Dee, but once I saw one in my house. Today my husband said he watched a hawk stake out our backyard around the bird feeder. Then the hawk flew down next to the chipmunk’s hole and waited. Not sure if the hawk got its meal, but eventually it flew away. I wish that I could have seen it.

Sheba.. nice to see you ! Segment on the National News the other night about
600,000 teachers across the country have left the professional ! Numbers seem staggering…Many reasons mentioned but teaching during Covid.. poor pay for new teachers.. burnout… Very sad for the kids …
dee.. roast chicken sounds so good.. and your po salad as previously mentioned. Making meatloaf and baked potatoes which I will fry tonight with a meatloaf sandwhich.. Hoping to stop at a veggie stand on my way home from cat sitting… Local library under construction.. stopped yesterday to return some books and get a few more…. NO adult books until the first of the year…. due to the reno ! I went to the library in the city my mom lived and got card and a few books there…
moms… How is the unpacking coming along ? I know how happy you will be when all is a bit more settled ! I hope your boys are settling in as well.. When do their classes begin ? I have not heard from himself for days but I am hearing from my sister that is housemates all moved back yesterday… and their classes begin tomorrow..
I attempted to purchase promo from the estore the last 3 days and am told that not accepting my card for some reason… I think ? cmpets was having an issue a while back… Planning on sending an email and hopefully getting it straightened out in a couple of days.

moms.. Glad your unpacking is going well ! My visit with the kitty proved to be a bit challenging yesterday… she attempted to bite me twice ! I know she must be upset that her family is not around and thankfully it will only be for a week. I plan on bringing a book and spending a little more time with her today.
dee… I hope you are not here because you were called to jury duty ! Won’t by much longer till your off the hook so to speak !
So hoping that my e store issue will be fixed today… Tried again this morning with no luck.. Really like the new water bottle and they are only available for a short time…They addressed my last issue very quickly so maybe by the time I get home all will be fixed !
Neighboring city reported had 6 inches of rain yesterday with frequent alerts on my phone for flash flooding but no problem here except lots of rain thunder … We really did need the rain !

gaga – sorry that the kitty is upset – bringing a book & sitting there while ignoring her is probably the best thing you can do for her – cats are such . . . cats . . . lol
dee – yay for no jury duty – boo for blog issues – i have been getting occasional issues commenting, more frequently than usual, but i can’t find any reason for it – feels like an issue maybe with wordpress??? i don’t know enough about the behind the scenes, but it doesn’t seem like it is something we can correct???

ds not too far from you had a brief tornado warning, but they were all safe & no tornado or damage – luckily he was on campus, so they went to the tunnels – that’s probably safer than his apartment . . .
