   before i left to pick up my mom this morning, i knew i had the post scheduled, so sent a quick email & scooted out the door 😆

   got an email about comments when i was driving – obviously couldn’t read it but assumed maybe someone didn’t just move to the new post & forgot all about it again until now

   Thanks for the new post dee! Hope your dh gets the car fixed. Oooh, I’ve been looking for a ‘new to me’ show to watch. I’ve heard good things about Psych but never got around to watching.

   gaga—The knee is healing pretty good. Just stiff and sore now. But from hobbling around on it for a week, it messed my back up so now I’m on muscle relaxers. lol It’s really been cramping my style. I have all this stuff I want to get done. I really need to find a good chiropractor here. Stella has been good, a little bored when I couldn’t get around well. DH is home now so she’s gotten several runs which she loves. So happy to hear Castro is doing well. Your nephews travels to Alaska sound beautiful. So excited for football! We watched several college games on Saturday and of course watched the Lions win last night! Good luck to the Browns this weekend. They have a tough game.

   moms—I laughed at your comment about Gibbs and Kelce. :). Dh is from Missouri so we love some Chiefs in our home. And I truly love Mahomes and Kelce. But last night I was rooting big time for the Lions. So proud of them for pulling out the win. Now if Kelce and C. Jones had been playing, not sure it would have been the same outcome, but I’m happy for the Lions. Gibbs didn’t have a ton of play time, but I’m okay with that. Let him learn, let him get his feet under him before he’s out there for an entire game. But wow, those couple of snaps he played…he is so fast and explosive. Glad your Dh is feeling better and you can see your mom again.

   Sheba—Oh man, I was so relived when the doc said he didn’t think he needed to put a needle in there and drain it. That sounds really painful. That is so cute about the ‘Burb.’ Hope you have a great time on vacation. If you need anything from the acorn event, I’m doing a couple side accts. so I have extras. I have two next accts as well and I will do the chant with you! I do not need to link another side acct.! It’s so tempting though. 🙂 But I barely have time for those two and classic.

   cmpets—Glad you are finally home and can sleep in your own bed. Hope all the unpacking/reorganizing goes well. I’m always so jealous of ladies with really pretty grey hair. My grey is not pretty.

   Topazz—I have longer hair too. I’ve been dying mine for a long time. I think if I ever stop dying I’ll have to cut it shorter.

   Otterkinz—I think I have typos in every post I’ve made here. lol So sorry you are having so many health challenges. I know it’s so hard and exhausting. Dee said it perfectly, this place is wonderful to just get things off your chest and get care and support. <3

   miracle—I am inspired by your outlook on everything you've been through and accomplished this year! What a wonderful way to look at things. Hope you are able to continue on your healing path. <3 Especially while you've met your deductible! I've already told Dh, if he needs something done/looked at, to do it now before the end of the year. It sounds like you have a great group of students this year.

   cassie—Glad you were able to stop in and say hi. Hope all goes with with the new school year. I have a friend that's a CT tech and she works a lot of third shift. I know it's a struggle to get good sleep during the day.

   we left so early this morning that i did not even notice no one had posted
   usually i wait til gaga gets up, but we were off and fishing

   i caught mega fish!
   i think dh caught one little teeny weeny one………..but he knows that if i am happy, he can be happy…..duh

   dee – it’s feeling like fall! congrats on doing SO MUCH better than dh AGAIN

   april – i agree – let him get some experience – he was quick & didn’t play a whole lot, but his time will come – they played great – mahomes looked lost without travis 😆

   glad your knee is improving & hope your back gets better soon too without throwing out something else – isn’t adulthood interesting?!
