ok….so i really thought everyone was over being sick. literally the day i posted we were in the clear dh was sick within hours. 😯 and dd is sick again….this time not a stomach bug, but the fever again & throat…poor baby.
ds has a runny nose & said his throat was itchy? 😕 so i kept him out of school with her today. 😳
so i have dh home & 2 of my beans home. this weekend has been so hectic for me idk HOW i have hair left in my head. 😥

Kind of tempted to get this one and name it after my brother’s old kitty that passed away last spring, but i don’t really have the money for it right now and i don’t go on WW much anymore. I’m saving up to buy a new ipod next month (or it might not be until november because they havent been giving me many hours at work, so im not getting as much money as i had planned) then i need to buy a new straightener, some more clothes, and i always have to put gas in my car. Hey everyone,
Just wanted to stop in and say hi. It’s been a pretty rough weekend for me. My boyfriend of almost a year broke up with me one week after my birthday and a week and a half before our anniversary. We both know now that we each have issues of our own to work on. Even though we had a wonderful relationship, we both didn’t really learn how to make time to see other people or do other things and that’s one of the problems. I’ve talked to him a bit since. We are still friends, and there’s a possibility for more again in the future (which I definitely want), but which he can’t be sure about at all yet because he’s still figuring things out.
Anyways, it’s just been pretty tough. I’ve reached out to my friends and my family a lot, which has been good and I’m trying to stay busy. We plan to still be friends, but I know right now that we won’t be seeing each other much because we did that yesterday (had the first talk since our breakup so I could figure out what was going on and grabbed dinner together) and I think he feels that being with me is almost too good because it feels just like being in a relationship. So we can’t see each other too much right now or it won’t be like anything has changed at all. I know he misses me and cares about me still and I feel the same way about him. If I could only know that once we work out our own issues that we could be back together I think I would be fine, but there’s absolutely no guarantee of that, which is very tough.
Anyways, I hope you have all had better weeks than I have.

kk, i am sooo sorry to hear that.
i’m glad you’re staying busy-it will be hard not to think of your ex constantly but at least you get a mental break when you’re outside and with others.
if you have netflix or access to amazon movies online, get a hold of movies/shows you’ve been meaning to watch so when you have trouble sleeping, you have something to keep your mind preoccupied.
of course, you’re welcome to vent here anytime.

Thanks everyone for your support. It’s definitely tough but I know I will get through it. Things are interesting because it isn’t a typical breakup (from what I’ve heard from others). We are still friends and will continue to be friends and he still cares about me a lot. I would love to be with him again in the future once we’ve both worked through our own issues, but I realize that might not happen. I’m just trying to take things as they come.
I know right now that I probably won’t see him for a week, which is tough. But he will be in CA for his sister’s wedding this weekend (Fri-Sun) and Sunday was supposed to be our anniversary, so I think it will be good for him to be away and be with family and have some time to actually think about what he needs to do and work on and where things are going outside of the college bubble.

It has happened more than once so I don’t think it’s a glitch anymore but just a nice surprise. I’ve seen where the butterfly desk was only 1000 points in the ww estore in the morning even though it’s listed at 3000 in the ganz estore.
after akoolaunt posted it, several peeps got this deal in the morning then within a few hours, ganz fixed it so the price went up to 3000 in ww estore (to match the ganz estore price).

hi everyone! hope you all are having a good day..seems like today just went so fast..time seems to be just flying by lately or is it just me?
I have so much I want to get done before snow flies…I just want to be ready this year, you know? we did get the generator out and made sure is was up and running, do NOT want to be without again this year !! and as it is the time we were out of electric last year is fast approaching! I can not believe October is almost here! I LOVE this time of year though. love the crispness of the air. the smell of the leaves on the ground..
and I love Halloween..lol I bought a skeleton whose head lights up and a tombstone to put him in front of! all his pieces have stakes on them to stake them into the ground..there is no body it makes him look like he is coming out of the ground! it was perfect to go in my front garden, cause it has black wrought iron fencing and it small..with the right things I can make it look like a cemetery plot! lol I will try to get a pic for you to put up moms if you want when I am done.
anyway, I’m off to watch Face Off…love the show..anyone else watch it?
