i am also IN LOVE with those sippers!!!! i can’t wait to get some! anyone else excited to get the spring bags? i know taggy & GAGA will be getting them!!
What a week!!! The cruise was amazing! We went to Nassau, St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Martin. We shopped, explored, and did some geocaching! Right now, I am sitting in the car in the Florida Keys catching up on some work (Gymbos) as my husband dives. Lol
I hope everyone is doing well! Stagemom, congrats on your puppy’s graduation! That is an awesome thing you are doing!
Dee, thanks for the heads up on Strawberry Shortcake M&Ms. Those sound amazing! We tried the Carrot Cake ones last year. After the hype wore off, they really weren’t that good…
Ellie, congrats on your room displays! And thanks for letting us know about the 2011 eggs. I missed them, but I do still have some from last year!
KinzGram, I hope you feel better today!
I am kinda bummed I missed the chance to get the Dancing Marshmallow Snowman. I didn’t think it was gonna be removed before Easter! Or am I mistaken? Also, is that Dusty Collie still only available in the $99 Bundle? Why does it say $25?
Heading home on Thursday. I REALLY miss my dogs! Have a great day everyone!!!
it is a hillbilly recipe from Mississippi and is NOT gluten free, vegan, cholesterol friendly, vegetarian or any of that……….and IF I give it out again, you have to follow the recipe……..no substituting butter with olive oil or milk for soy milk or any of that hooey!
I gave someone my baklava recipe once and got badmouthed about how theirs turned out…….seems they used butter flavored pam instead of butter just sayin………..
potatoes ( I use three to four of regular cheap potaotes – liked bake potatoe size) peeled and sliced thin…..not chip thin……….maybe a one if you use a mandolin
I use a glass bowl, if something else, you may want to grease.
layer sliced potatoes, sprinkle salt and pepper and butter slices (maybe three per layer)…sprinkle flour (see this part depends on whether you are using a deep dish. but I use maybe a quarter cup per layer) repeat……..repeat….repeat………..till all is used up. pour milk, we use two percent……….over all til it just comes up to under the bottom row of potatoes……….DO NOT PANIC, you can more later. Bake at three fifty for forty five to one hour……..if after twenty minutes, the top looks dry, add some more milk……….OBVIOUSLY, put this on a baking sheet for splash over……….you can add foil over top at first if you are cooking other dishes, but take it off the last twenty minutes…. they are really stinkin good……….
sounds yummy! I haven’t come across a potato dish like that before, so I am definitely going to try it!! I love old family recipes. thanks so much for sharing. will let you know how it turns out! blessings to gramma!
