   Gaga, I didn’t do anything special to lure the bluebirds! I’ve had the box out for 3 years, waiting for someone to nest in it. They checked it out last year, but after a few days they left. I hear they love mealworms above all else, and since they can’t break into sunflower seeds with their soft beaks, the like sunflower chips in small feeders a distance from any houses. There’s special mealworm feeders you can put out in your yard, and I’m planning to cram them full once the babies hatch, so mama and daddy can plump them up with good food.

   i have a brown sugar cookie recipe that i have made and it asks for penuche frosting, which i have never done.
   thinking about baking some and taking to my brothers………but then i wanted to make baklava to take also…………not sure if i want all that sugar in his house with all of his kids since we are staying there………

   and i knew ganache, but did not know penuche……….guess it is a fudge also

   and i could so veganize it!!!!

    Hi everyone! Glad I found a couple minutes to stop by and catch up on things! It seems it’s finally spring where I’m at which is nice with all the trees and flowers blooming! However, my allergies have gotten much worse 🙂

    Not sure how many of you watch the Marvel movies, but I personally haven’t gotten into the series yet. But with all the hype about the Endgame movie that came out, I’m wondering if I should go give it a try! Speaking of movies, I just watched the Frozen 2 trailer. Is it just me or does the trailer have a much more intense feel than the first movie (especially with Anna swinging that sword right at the supposed camera man at the end)? I’ve heard rumors that perhaps Anna might discover she has some sort of power since the trailer featured more reddish tones in the scenery and it would match Anna’s natural hair color – similar to how Elsa’s hair is crystal white to reflect her snow powers. Either way, Disney has me in suspense! I just hope they develop a good enough story line that’s comparable to the first movie

    Also, not sure if those cute pineapple glasses are tradeable/kinzpostable (i know some pieces such as tawny cat outfit were not in the past) but if they are I would be more than happy to offer for them! Don’t be afraid to ask for something in return from your wish list 🙂

    Alright, those are my thoughts for the day – plus my movie ramble! 🙂

    Hello, everyone! I should be in bed, but I realized that I haven’t checked in for a while! Life is busy!

    Thanks for the e-store mother’s day gifts! What a nice surprise!

    We were going to go to Outback Steakhouse for Mother’s day but the wait line was over one hour. So we went to a Mexican restaurant instead. Had lots of fun. Two of my five kids joined my husband and I. The kids gave me a necklace that says “Mom”. 🙂

    I was able to get a few tea cups. Wasted lots of time on mobile and finally figured out that they were only floating on the web version. Sigh!

    Had a question on the discord I am not sure of the answer. Tried google but everything that came up was really old since before they changed the order of the adoption.

    “hey, if you enter a code and its valid but stop the adoption process, can that code be used again?
    i bought a code for a panda over ebay yesterday but it wasnt working and im asking for a refund and itd be nice to know this so i can ask the seller to prove the code is valid before i buy”

    TMT5 YES! if you go through the process of finding out the code is valid and stop before the pet is named the code is still valid. It is immediately apparent if the code is usable, it turns blue if it’s valid, red if it is not.
    I do this before I give a code away to insure that I am not disappointing the recipient.

    Good Morning All !
    Puma… bought a bag of dehydrated mealworms last year and used a vegetable oil spray to make them look a little more “alive” ! I couldn’t deal with live worms and them having to store the rest of the bag in my fridge….must have pretty smart birds because I had no takers at the feeder… tried something that was recommended but so far…. just woodpeckers…..or maybe just a bit early… it has been pretty cold here and not very sunny… am going to keep trying..
    still have that pesky sparrow !
    moms.. the “robots” have taken over and seem to be winning !!! Sometimes they work….and when they don’t I get another one…. We have been putting our names on the robots when we find one that works !! Coworker wants to put a picture of a Tasmanian Devil on mine !! I get so frustrated and nearly throw the mouse across the room… He is very IT savvy and has become my go to person…..Each day is a new adventure ! Counting the days for vacation !
    dee… maybe you could open small local restaurant … “Dee’s Diner”…
    Food Network…. possibilities are endless ! Have your own cooking show !
    You know you would have quite a few Gymbos viewers…

    Wow, life sure got busy. End of school year … it will be this way for the next few weeks, and then everything will hopefully calm down some.

    Nita, it would be if Said Grandchild was a bit older. They are discussing keeping the baby, but I think someone has seen too much glamor in the ‘Teen Mom’ shows and has not really thought this through. Having a baby in your teens is not an accessory nor does it give you celebrity status. I will be GGMa @ 56 … I just barely got through the 18th grandchild, a year ago.

    muffin—You have me excited for Frozen 2! If I may make a suggestion in regards to the Marvel movies. Please start at the beginning with Iron Man. If you just watch End Game or even try and start with only the Avengers movies you won’t get the full ‘picture.’ haha pun intended 🙂 The reason End Game had so much hype is because it took 11 years and 21 movies to get there. The pineapple glass aren’t kinzpostable, but I can direct deposit them to you 🙂 …are you rtyipy567?

    I agree with you April not sure Endgame would make any sense if you hadn’t seen at least some of the origin story movies and Infinity War. I haven’t seen three of the movies but I knew what took place in the ones I didn’t watch. Hulk, Age of Ultron and Civil War.

    april- thanks for the suggestion about the Endgame movie. That’s what I was thinking too -that it may be better to watch the previous marvel movies first to get the background before jumping right into the middle of the series! I just wanted to ask around first though because I know with some movie/book series, some people say the order doesn’t matter as much as it does for others. Also, yes, I’m the one with that wonky username rtyipy567! 🙂 My friend helped me set up my webkinz account back when I was in first grade and created my user for me! The username she picked was supposed to be some inside joke we had but I have long forgotten what it was lol! 🙂

    oh yes, start with the others first. plus my hairdresser said endgame was three hours long. not sure about that, but her company was slurping soda and had to make the mid movie run……….ha ha ha ha
    that is another reason i like watching them on dvd…..i am not being held hostage and can put clothes in the dryer, wash dishes and so on…..

    gonna do stir fry soon………my veggie list is carrots, brocc, onions, peppers and water chestnuts…………what am i forgetting?
    peapods are okay………but not even sure if kroger carries them this time of year or at all

    Marvel – i agree with the others – watch the franchise first – we watched a few (Thor Ragnorak was better than I expected) we had skipped along the way before end game – infinity war was still the most powerful imo, but i don’t think i would understand at all if i only watched end game – i like this order:

    dee… I usually put walnuts and those crunchy noodles into stir fry…
    moms…I have tried everything with the “robot” ! Printed a Tasmanian Devil
    Clip Art off the computer yesterday…. now has “my name” on it….in addition to lots of “cheat sheets” to help me navigate the 3 programs…
    April… happy your weather has finally improved and you and Stella can work out in the yard… plant some flowers .. and enjoy the sunshine !
    Dixiecup.. tough decision for a kid to make…Hopefully she will make the best decision for the baby and herself………

I know some of the Flower collection might suit well, especially the weathered wood collection… so many possibilities!
