   Does anyone have any tips on how to resize a Webkinz window for the Mac?

   Hi shorty. Which browser are you using? I use Chrome on my Mac for Webkinz. It seems to work the best. Once I am on the main Webkinz Come in and Play Login Page, BEFORE Logging In, and after I allow Flash (super annoying), I go up to the upper left and click on View. Scroll down to Zoom Out and click on that. A little white box should appear toward the top on the right, I adjust it there by clicking the – sign. Mine is usually 67%. Works the same on Firefox, but you just click on Zoom Out from the View Menu. Hopefully that makes some sort of sense. You may have to do the same for each page: WebkinzNewz, eStore, but until you clear your browsing history, it saves the size. Once you Log In you should be able to see everything. I think Webkinz Newz had some tips too, but I find this the easiest way without affecting the rest of my websites sizing.

   dee – i like shredded chicken – you can boil it with a jar of store bought salsa or your own salsa or slow cook in the crockpot – i make my own taco seasoning & add a jar of salsa & cook until fork tender

   or thinly sliced & grilled chicken more fajita like

   my homemade salsa is simple – blend tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, black pepper, lemon juice

   i like to do a bed of lettuce with black beans, salsa, & chicken

    Good Morning All !
    Chants… Played Grotto game… reached level 32… thought you get a trophy for level 30….Went back and read about the game and realized you need to reach level 50 !! Can’t image how long it took you to finish … seems like I was playing for hours !
    Heard from nephew at college ! I was shocked… what did he want to talk about?
    The Browns loss….So happy to hear from him and know he is doing well and settling in with classes and 15 room mates !
    dee.. can’t help with chicken taco recipe… never attempted it .. but I am sure it will be delicious !
    Clothing bags due out tomorrow ! Anyone interested ??

    cmpets, thanks for your response. I used Windows at the top of the screen and used “Show as Tab” so that I could resize the window. I was trying to get rid of the green part of the screen.

    I was pretty happy that I was able to get the flute without completing the Super School Challenge. The Super School Giveaway at login today is the Marching Band Flute.

    gaga – i have cleaning ladies that come every other week. it’s a splurge that is well worth it! it’s the only way I have found to get the entire house completely cleaned at one time – it takes me far too long to do it all correctly in a day. it’s hard enough to keep it clean enough in between, but i love it – if the guys are tracking in and out of the house, etc., then it means they are here – having them around makes me happy ♥

    9/11 – we will never forget, and we have to a make sure the next generation learns the meaning of united.

    i need help
    i bought this adorable hummingbird feeder today, but it only takes 3 ounces of “juice”

    usually i make a cup of water and add 1/4 cup of sugar to fill the big feeder (which i just filled or i would just fill it from the big batch)

    since i just got it and desperately want to play with it………what are my water/sugar ratios?

    Okay let’s try this again….

    6 tbsp = 3 oz

    Originally the recipe is:

    16 tbsp water
    4 tbsp sugar

    2 1/2 tbsp water
    3 1/2 tbsp sugar

    That equals 6tbsp which is equal to 3 oz

    dee—I make a batch of humming bird ‘juice’ and what doesn’t fit in the feeder I keep in a container in the fridge. It keeps for a few weeks. That feeder is too cute! I would be watching that all day and not getting any work done! 🙂 Happy Birthday to lumos! Is that dd?

    Dee, you are correct that 3 oz = 6 Tbsp so 1/4 of that would be 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar. We boil ours for 5 minutes or so (that’s what we were told to do when we got our first feeder). If you boil it, you might want to go with 4 oz of water to 2 Tbsp of sugar because it will probably boil down a little.

    She has such a sweet face and those eyes speak a thousand words ! Her floppy ear is my favorite feature !
    Love the new Grotto game but have been stuck on level 37 … I like that you don’t have to start the game over each time you play…makes it more attainable!
    MomT.. thanks for the heads up on the pre sale for Halloween costume…missed it yesterday.. will have to check this morning to see if it is still available…
    Bought a few fall clothing bags… Was hoping for the squirrel slippers and got a pair ..
    moms.. used to have a cleaning lady… my favorite luxury but sadly after she retired.. never found someone to replace her….she was the best ! She had big shoes to fill… not to mention having someone come into my home when I am not home….

    The vacation was restful, but RL is NOT! 🙁

    I did manage to finished the Zingo Switch game in Tournament Arena with two Deluxe accounts by helping each other! 😉 I tried to do it the correct way, but I just could NOT win! Sigh! Not a fan of that game!

    LL – I’ve never done a phone interview, so no tips here, but good luck!
    The semester has started and I am BUSY! I decided I’m gonna retake the GRE because I have to get accepted to grad school, otherwise I’m scr.ewed (does the filter liked that word?) for next year. No idea when I’m gonna take it yet, but the application deadline is mid january.
    I was subbing yesterday at a high school and overheard several students swapping conspiracy theories doubting the events of 9/11. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I debated on whether or not I should say something to them, but as a sub I have to be careful, so i kept quiet. Their conversation was interrupted by the principal asking for a moment of silence. At least they had enough respect to honor that before snickering. *sigh*
