Happy Fall Fest ! Leaves seem to be floating every 6 minutes in WW !

Sheba … You sure did stay up late ! I slept in till 4 10 this morning.. I am off today and hope to catch some leaves !
moms.. I love the new candy backpack from the costumes being released and the striped shirts ! Perfect for the well dressed inmate ! I am being criticized by
some of my family for picking himself up from OSU and not quarantining for fourteen days… I checked with my boss at work… she said I did not need to quarantine…. wear a mask and do all of the other necessary things… which I do normally… But I have been to my mom’s and now one of the caregivers won’t come for 2 weeks ! Her husband will not allow her to come to the condo…..it has been a very stressful weekend deciding how best to handle things…. and those cameras !!!!!!
Trying to keep sane…. and carry on.
Planning trip to ” Amish country” on Friday with my sister…So looking forward to a day in the country !

it would be one thing if himself was positive, but even then if you were both masked, the risk should have been minimal . . .
i have a friend that picked her son up at college, drove him 30 miniutes, spent the afternoon around him, drove him back then he had symptoms the following day & tested positive the next day, and they both wore masks the entire time, & she never caught it – she tested 6 days later to be sure . . .

I’m trying to figure out all the names of new Fall Fest items so that I can make my chart! Are the Growing Garden Red Bell Pepper Seeds new?
For the Quilt Tiles I have: Fall Leaf Quilt Tile, Fall Checkered Quilt Tile, Fall Orange Quilt Tile, Fall Acorn Quilt Tile. I’m assuming the other one will be “Fall Striped Quilt Tile”.
Unfortunately, I need to run some errands. Groceries cannot wait another day!
Yeah, Gaga, I had an emotional day yesterday (my own doing, most likely). Still grieving over loss of friend’s son, some family drama (extended family), and just the blues. Hard to motivate. But I got my lesson plans done (by 2 a.m.) and sent out this morning to the families. For the one class I write the lessons out for the girls to read (elementary age). It is so much easier to give lessons in person. I feel like I’m in the process of writing a book. LOL! Follow-up comes later in the week with a zoom class.
Gaga – Glad you don’t have to quarantine. I don’t understand the comment about the cameras.
Moms – Thanks for sharing the story about the mom who was with “positive” son, but didn’t get it! Most stories are so depressing.

Sheba.. I hope today is a little brighter for you..♥ Grief can be all consuming at times.. especially when life as we know has changed so dramatically . Lean on your loved ones for support and all of here. Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
The cameras are my brother’s answer to a caregiver at night for my mom ! Really !!
She seems to be doing OK so far.. She says she does not need anyone at night..
Taking one day at a time..She is really so thankful and happy to be in her own home.
I had several hours of mandatory computer work to do yesterday..Annual requirement for my job..Went into the clinic for 2 hours on Saturday .. Almost finished.. Must be completed by the 30th.. Would love to finish before our outing on Friday to Amish Country…Can enjoy the day without something hanging over my head..
moms.. you mentioned that your friend was tested 6 days after spending some time with her son… Was the test negative ?? Was a bit confused.

gaga – yes, she is negative, & the drs said you have to wait until 5 days after exposure to get an accurate test result for the incubation period etc.
but if your nephew is negative, you were not even exposed
