Hi everyone! Trying to catch up…can’t believe someone would go to work sick right now!!! Unreal!!! And then to tell others that were exposed, no need for testing??? Wth??
Tonight cookie baking begins…was trying to think what woukd be fast and easy to cook for dinner first…goulash sounds pretty good!!! And dh loves it..it’s a real possibility.
I’m making around 15 different cookie and sweets recipes, and will be baking every night all week..hoping to do deliveries over weekend. We’ve got 15 deliveries on our list! The list grew. .lol
Plus neighbor across street that I gave pumpkin pie too apparently was raving about it to my roomate! Said was best he’d had. Lol. I think he’s hoping for another pie…lmbo..and if I’m not wiped by cookie baking, he may just get another pumpkin pie as I have everything to do it. .
I’ve been keeping up in WW.. barely got challenges done, and actually did 4 of the checkers chair cause I wanted 4 thrones for my checkers room for the kings and queens to sit on..
I had to play out everyone of those checker games, good thing I like it..I was reliving my 7th and 8th grade..I was checkers champion two years running in checkers and chess club in school..yes, I was a nerd..plus checkers was ONLY game my father woukd play with me..till I started beating him…lol
But I’m def. Checkered out for now…
Dee, as to cats and TP.. maybe you coukd teach kitty to unroll only what you need for your use, like my Spanky used to do? Lol
Not sure how he learned it as I got him at age 12yrs…
Im having a similar issue with pig pen…but with paper towels!!
Found a whole roll unrolled, and teeth and claw marks in every piece! I was NOT impressed..not one bit! He’s 4 years old..he knows better! But now I have to take it off holder and put it in cabinet every night…or else..he’s done it before, just not as bad..not going to take chances anymore.
Well I’m off to cook!

Thank goodness the checker challenge didn’t require tasks that take multiple days to complete. Was able to compete the whole challenge yesterday, just in time.

Chants.. so thoughtful of you to make all of those cookies for your friends/neighbors ! I am sure they appreciate all of your time and energy !
moms. I will be returning to work today.. Mask up and return ! I will continue to isolate from my mom…I feel good and am less worried ! Our hospital system is waiting for the Moderna vaccine to be approved and sent. hopefully soon.
Did not realize that the Miss Birdy’s tree was a cookie…tried to place it in my room and my pet gulped it up !!!

A way you can tell if an item is food or not. Drag it in your room, but be careful not to release. If there is a green/red square underneath it’s an item, if not its food.

hey friends! busy busy!
i have to sit down tomorrow & wrap my niece’s gifts & get them shipped! holy smokes, that’s going to cost me, isn’t it??? sad we aren’t going to have our usual big family celebration here, but making the best of things
had to take the pup to the vet, dr appointments for both “boys”, service appointment for my car – it was just a day of routine maintenance around here 😆 i was running back and forth in opposite directions – whew – i am TIRED!

gaga – i think we are getting the pfizer vaccine in GA, of course my mother is the only one eligible for now, but i can’t decide if she should get it because she is due for a shingles booster this week, and i think that’s too much too close together . . .
she had a reaction when she did 2 vaccines together last year, so i am leery of that for her . . . she’s 77, & the shingles vaccine is really important for her considering my sister & i both have had them . . . ugh – tough decision
