   Hi All,
   Just wanted to stop in and say hello. I got sad this past week when I bunch of my friends on Webkinz became free accounts. One friend I made during the Snow White event oh so many years ago. I am glad you all are still here!

   dee – 1st shot? or 2nd? remember AFTER the 2nd – take acetaminophen or ibuprofen after & every 6 hours awake, plus drink lots of water & electrolytes (gatorade or whatever you prefer) for the first 24-48 hours

    Good Morning All !
    Happy Black Friday !
    Lots of deals in the E store but doesn’t look like any deals on points….
    dee.. So happy you decided to get vaccinated ! I hope you have a great day fishing..lots of fresh air and nature and maybe a few fish ! Our governor announced at a press conference this week that the state is offering ONE MILLION dollars each week for five weeks to anyone who is vaccinated !
    He is also offering for kids ages 12-17 years of age a full ride to any state college in the state ( for 4 years ) including room and board ! The announcement also was discussed on National News after the announcement.
    I am understanding that each residents name is automatically placed in the lottery if they are vaccinated ! Keeping my fingers crossed.. If I win I will be planning a Gymbos party somewhere fun so that we can meet in person !
    He also announced that he is lifting most restrictions June 2nd or 3d for the state…( mask mandate to be lifted as well except in certain areas )
    moms..How is your mom doing ? Hopefully she is feeling herself and PT has improved her mobility… One of my good friends and former coworkers (who I worked with in the ER for 30 years ) fell at the hair salon last week and shattered her femur ! Life changing and she was told she will be in a facility for up to 2 months.. I feel terrible for her.. She was so much looking forward to being able to golf and enjoy the summer weather. Thankfully the facility she chose for recovery allows visitation.
    4mannkids.. Maybe your other WW friends can take advantage of e store sale and get new pet/deluxe membership !
    ll… happy for you too to be able to get vaccine ! Seems like our state is having trouble getting people to be vaccinated…Now offering it to walk ins.. no appointment required…

    Small group of my family getting together this afternoon to watch my niece get her “hood” for completing her Masters… Hopefully himself will be able to set the ceremony up virtually on my mom’s big screen TV so we can watch !

    gaga – enjoy the “grad” ceremony! that’s so sad about your friend who fell! i hope she is patient & ready for recovery. my sister is getting ready to have a major orthopedic surgery that will require her to be non-weight-bearing for 2 months, so i am coaching her on patience & being still – not her strengths for sure

    Hey moms.. Good luck with your sisters’ upcoming surgery.. Sounds like it is quite extensive. Two months is a long time when you are not used to be slowed down ! My friend is not patient either…. already overwhelmed and depressed..
    So hard to give up your independence when you are so used to doing everything for yourself and now have to rely on something to do almost everything.
    Was hoping e store would offer a deal on points but no luck .. Usually special offers on Mondays and Fridays… Weather here has finally warmed up a bit although it has been 30’s in the morning… I’ve just about heard it all… I had ordered new glasses a couple weeks ago and I finally decided to call them to check to see if they were in… Office staff told me I could pull up to the “side window” and I could pick them up ! Usually need some kind of adjustment to fit my face/nose/ears properly….so I was hesitant … and thought it was ridiculous to make two trips… Made an appointment for next week to go into the office to try them on ! Covid has even made eye wear ” curbside pickup”
    Enjoy the day ! Hope dee is having good luck fishing today

    we’re home
    three fish, but lovely sandwiches! and fab fab fab weather
    all kinds of the swallowtail butterflies………i was calling to them!

    i just walked in and got my classes fitted. i was masked and lady was double masked………….
    and my arm is fine………..a little tender this morning, but nothing noticeable until cat stepped on THAT spot
    stinker………..he knew he was getting locked in the house while we went fishing

    Good Morning All !
    moms.. not sure what I was expecting for hooding ceremony but it was set up like a Zoom meeting.. There was one speaker who was excellent and then
    each student ( 30 ) was announced and their picture was shown on the screen with a brief comment from each of them.. From what I could tell there were about 10 students who already had their job lined up . We would not have been able to see the ceremony without himself who set it all up on big screen.. We all enjoyed it and had a nice dinner afterward.
    dee.. sounds like you had a great day fishing ! Happy you have no side effects from the vaccination !
    Heading out to the bakery shortly to pick up birthday/grad cake and then to my moms ( caregiver not coming today ) …

    hey folks
    went flea marketing and drove by some yard sales……….really about it for the day

    found a really pretty piece of marshall pottery at the market for FIVE BUCKS
    had to get it as it was pretty. It is the base to one of the water jug crock things.
    brought it home and looked it up and saw it goes for 25 bucks

    then saw it was signed and dated by painter……….WOO HOO

    do not have a jug, but it will look lovely with my other blue and white pottery in my kitchen.
    arm is fine

    I actually decided to buy my Deluxe memberships on Friday. Usually I do it the day after Thanksgiving! But I always have company and I’m always afraid that I won’t have enough time or will forget. I didn’t buy that much…other than some pets for my step-granddaughter.

    Moms – I like the name Space Cadet for your monkey. And I’m glad that it was Dee approved. I didn’t know. 😉 LOL!

    Robynn – I hope that the free accounts don’t mean your friends are done playing. But it always bothers me, too, when I see it. Especially when it was someone I interacted with a lot before. I rotate my free accounts.
