I can’t remember if I told you guys or not about having to go back to the office Friday. Well because of my car situation my transportation for that day fell through so I had to let them know I wouldn’t be able to come in till Monday. The response I got was basically we will have to make it work. Seriously it was one day I was asking for and in reality it’s still going to be an inconvenience for me to have to come into work, but I’m gonna do it anyway I just really can’t for one more day. Then the next day I got a message kind of apologizing for the situation. I guess none of my other team members are able to make it in for Friday (just proves again how stupid it is) and the company is really pushing for everyone to come back. I feel like the company could care less about the safety of the employees during covid. We were only sent to work from home in the first place because the province put in a mandatory work from home order and that gets lifted tomorrow.
